The Houston Texans have gone on to win more AFC South championships in 2012, 2015, and 2016. They are the only NFL franchise to have never played in a conference championship game. They replaced Houston’s previous franchise, the Houston Oilers, which moved to Nashville, Tennessee and are now the Tennessee Titans.

The Houston Texans organization is also a supporter of the character education program, Heart of a Champion. In 2017, the 15th annual Houston Texans Charity Golf Classic raised more than $380,000 for the Foundation. More than $27.2 million has been raised for the Foundation since its creation in 2002.
